To qualify for the NT-04: in addition to the Basic Education Requirements, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-9/10 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, awarding, or administering contracts in support of an acquisition program.To qualify for the NT-03: in addition to the Basic Education Requirements, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (GS-5-7 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, awarding, or administering contracts in support of an acquisition program.
