Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing pre-award technical reviews of contract documents for Bid ability, Constructability, Operability and Environmental compliance on Design-Bid-Build and Design Build projects of varying difficulty and complexity; 2) Performing Field Quality Assurance duties on construction contracts; 3) Providing contract oversight on contractor Safety and Quality Control programs; 4) Fully functioning as an experienced and independent Quality Assurance (QA) Representative in the field of construction in the areas of Structural, Civil, Mechanical and electrical building systems (NOTE: Your answer must be supported by information in your resume).Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=Occupational-Series
