Border Operations Analyst and Researcher
Series Requested: 1530 or 1896
Security Clearance: Secret
In Person Only
Only current, full-time federal employees are eligible.

Supervisory approval form must be signed.

Requirements:

Qualifications required:
  1. Expertise in data modeling and statistical forecasting methods;
  2. Strong analytical and research skills;
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools (R, Python, or SAS) and methodologies;
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities,
  5. Background in social sciences, public policy, or related fields preferred;
  6. Experience with immigration data or related policy analysis is preferred.
  7. Experience or strong familiarity with DHS operations for border security (including terrorism watch lists and law enforcement), immigration processes, and migration controls
