Description:

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.

Requirements:

For the GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing project management and technical engineering support for electrical utility systems; 2) Preparing preliminary design studies and outlining detailed scopes of work; 3) Performing electrical studies and technical assessments; 4) Performing root cause analysis for electrical utility system outages to determine deficiencies.

For the GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting higher graded engineers with electrical engineering support for electrical utility systems; 2) Collecting, calculating, and compiling equipment performance data; 3) Assisting higher graded engineers with conducting condition assessments for electrical utility systems; 4) Drafting correspondence, reports, and technical presentations.
