Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Review as-built drawings, verifies existing conditions and develops scopes of work in sufficient detail for accomplishing the work; 2) Prepares detailed technical and performance portions and develops cost estimates for contracts and task orders portion of specifications; 3) Performs pre-award review of contractor proposals and technical questions as required by the Acquisition Branch; and 4) Analyzes bids and makes recommendations for awards, price negotiations and for changes in original specifications
