Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DT-4 pay band or GS-11/12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Developing technical concepts, principles, and practices related to test planning, conduct, and delivering data products; 2) Leading a project team in the implementation and institution of new and innovative target and vessel support concepts, process and procedural changes; 3) Presenting and explaining new operational concepts, range capabilities, and making recommendations for changes throughout all levels of an organization; and 4) Managing cost, schedule, and performance of Test and Evaluation support projects.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0800/engineering-technical-series-0802/
