You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER in the FSC Management Facility Service (FMFS) Branch of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Acting as a Government representative in interpreting contract clauses for negotiation modification and task orders; 2) Ensuring employees are provided awareness training in Facilities Contracts, safety, protection of government owned property and Employee Equal Opportunity policies and programs to evaluate employee performance; 3) Preparing correspondence regarding contractor performance and schedule to ensure adherence with fair labor practices; 4) Ensuring that funding is available for contractors performance, and; 5) Utilizing computer software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, word, Project management and Power Point) to prepare reports for cost estimates and maintenance schedules.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
