Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with Programs of Record (PORs) installed at submarine shore facilities. Candidate must also have experience with executing installations in accordance with Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH) and Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) Handbook, the processes that support integration reviews and approvals such as Platform Readiness Review (PRRs), Platform Technical Review Boards (PTRB) and approvals specific to the installation of NC3 designated systems.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Program Management Series 0340
