Specialized Experience Statement (HR/SME): I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes; (1) exercising transportation planning involving the determination of traffic management objectives and establishment of procedures and methods of achieving them for execution of transportation programs to deploy missile/aviation materiel world-wide; (2) advising missile/aviation materiel shippers of policy or major operating problems that require technical competence in developing and assessing the broader implications of the solutions on a Command wide basis; (3) developing and coordinating Transportation Plans with Army Material Command (AMC) Headquarters, Surface Distribution & Deployment Command (SDDC), overseas theaters, project managers, supply and logistics officials, supply depots, and other transportation elements as required to accomplish delivery of peculiar traffic management program requirements; (4) evaluating results for the purpose of determining the adequacy of traffic management programs and operations and making recommendations to ensure maximum availability of transportation equipment and facilities.
