job summary: JOB DESCRIPTION Serves as customer-facing member of an energy usage analysis team dedicated to supporting customer inquiries for the Product team. Responsible for answering customer phonecalls and emails and translating them into Azure Dev Ops tickets for resolution. Responsible for logging issues/tickets in both ADO and Excel sheets and keeping them in sync.
