Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Providing technical direction on all engineering aspects including requirements development, technical planning and coordination of major programs and projects for support equipment development and supportability analysis;
2. Ability to analyze Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE) and associated Weapons Control Support Equipment and to formulate solutions while stressing reliability, maintainability, safety, quality, operational readiness and performance;
3. Project Lead experience responsible for defining requirements, developing plans, identifying critical support areas, resource allocation, performing risk management, overseeing development and delivery, coordinating test and validation/verification, and managing program execution through all phases of development;
4. Ensure products are properly documented, tested, and configuration managed in accordance with IPT and higher level approved practices;
5. Communicate with personnel to understand fleet requirements, and program schedule and funding constraints, and to provide briefings, training, and support on the use of Weapons Control Support Equipment.
