Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Mastery level knowledge and skill in advanced concepts, principles and practices in engineering/architecture to serve at an advanced/expert level in the area of construction; fundamental knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, electronic mail, Internet, and database software is required; must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing at a high level.
