This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Review and screen Purchase and Material requests for accuracy of funds, item descriptions, and determine if requests meet current supply and service procurement policies and regulations; 2) Determine sources of supply by performing extensive searches of mandatory resources; 3) Determine best sources of procurement to meet customer requirements based on type of requirement, urgency, and knowledge of item or service; 4) Tracks and maintains up-to-date status of requisitions and purchases; and 5) Documents all purchases in accordance with current regulations and instructions; reconciles and validates monthly credit card statements with completed purchases.
