You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Acquisition Support Division in the Prototyping, Instrumentation and Experimentation Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Work with NAWCAD, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM), NAWCAD Office of Counsel, Contracts, and Comptroller/Business Financial personnel to develop, create and write legally binding contracts for awarding contracts and delivery/task orders in support of a variety of customers, including other governmental agencies and other military facilities. Preparation of contract packages including Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs), and an independent cost estimate (IGCE). Utilize Acquisition Management System to create a PID in the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for each contract effort. Request and monitor Contractor Workforce Plan (CWP) numbers for each contract action. Evaluate complex contract cost proposals. Administer and closeout task/delivery orders. Review contracts, programs, policies, or procedures. Formulate and administer of policies and procedures.
