About the Position: Incumbent serve as a Table of Distribution and Allowances, Force Management, Integration, and Documentation Analyst for multiple Army commands and major units, for the United States Army Force Management Support Agency. Analyzes, builds, coordinates, and approves USAFMSA level managed peacetime and mobilization documents to support Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Command Plan, and Concept Plan.Requirements:

Specialized Experience for the GS-13 : One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Developing Generating Force authorizations documents (i.e. TDA, and CTA documents) within the Force Management System (FMS); 2. Reviewing TDA documents to ensure they contain exact and mandatory data required (e.g. command control numbers, unit identity codes, unit designations, effective dates, designated organizational elements, position titles, required and authorized strengths, detailed special coding, special interest items, etc.); 3. Providing expert guidance determining appropriate personnel requirements and establishing manpower mix criteria. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
