Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1. Preparing interior designs that meet functional and aesthetic requirements and produce final working drawings and specifications for facilities; 2. Applying interior design concepts, principles, and practices applicable to the full range of duties i.e. original design, layout and construction of facilities; 3. Applying innovative theories and state of the art methods to technical principles, practices and problems not resolvable through conventional methods; 4. Interpreting related engineering disciplines i.e. architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and fire protection; 5. Providing budgeting, planning, and project management techniques; and 6. Producing results of analysis in writing and ability to consolidate findings of others and evaluation recommendations and facts. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to qualify for the position.
