Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Providing EEO program support and ensuring all equal opportunities for advancement within the incumbent's area of accountability; 2) Providing Technical engineering guidance and technical assistance on construction and maintenance projects for competitively awarded contracts and the Government Service Provider; 3) Reviewing and assisting various clients in defining their requirements while participating in client meetings for planning and acquisition strategy; 4) Monitoring compliance to assure technical soundness, adequacy and efficiency in administration and operations of facilities service and construction contracts and adherence to the Performance Work Statement; 5) Performing price analysis of proposed work and participating in contract negotiations and the inspection of ongoing and completed facility service and construction work,
