Description:
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Fleet Future Plans Branch (N1T/RRL4) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Experience executing Navy's Individual Training processes, programs, and policies.
Experience in training requirements development for both new and existing capabilities in support of overall Fleet Readiness.
Experience coordinating with Fleet/TYCOM and OPNAV training enterprise stakeholders on current and future Navy Individual Training requirements, systems, and programs.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs to prepare issue papers, build senior level presentations, capture meeting notes and create other products to facilitate senior manager decisions.
