Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Delivering project planning products and services to plan, design, construct, and maintain a wide range of shore-based engineering projects; 2) Preparing government estimates in support of contract negotiations; 3) Reviewing and approving all contract technical submittals (e.g. design drawings, product selection, environmental protection plans, schedules and/or quality control plans) to provide technical oversight and direction; 4) Budgeting, planning, and using project management techniques to review, assess, and resolve design and construction issues; and 5) Preparing and presenting plans, designs, reports, and correspondence to support procurement of design and construction contracts.
