Description:
This ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR position is within an ANG Aviation Wing, Maintenance Group, Aircraft Maintenance Squadron or Maintenance Squadron, Avionics Element, Avionics Shop or Communications/Navigation/ECM, Guidance and Control, ECM Pod/Test Station shop that supports aircraft and is part of the CA 146 AW.
This position is concurrently announced with AGR A25-020 Only one of the announced positions will be filled. Referral and selection will be IAW CNG FPR 335.
Requirements:
General Experience: Experience or training which demonstrates that the candidate possesses the ability to perform on-or-off equipment maintenance on one or more electronic integrated systems associated with the assigned aircraft and/or maintenance on automatic flight control systems, instrument systems, inertial and radar navigation systems; Candidate also has the ability to organize assignments for subordinates, estimate material and manpower needed for specific jobs; able to explain manuals and work procedures; and to prepare production records, work records and reports.ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR, WS-2610-13: In addition to the craftsman level knowledge, must have 36 months experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel; Experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines; Experience that provided knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function; Experience which demonstrates the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communicate knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes; Experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situations.
