Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Skill in applying prevention methods and techniques in order to evaluate, consult, coordinate, and advise on prevention program activities towards the prevention of destructive or problematic behaviors;
2) Ability to direct multiple prevention projects and workgroups in support of the installation and tenant commands and units;
3) Knowledge of and skill in applying program management processes to identify program needs, trends, and performance.
