McCoy's is the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. Requirements:
Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume.- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Knowledge of pricing methods and internal controls. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower pay level. Possess a certificate for sanitation in food service or have the ability to obtain the certificate within three months of appointment.
- Experience in menu planning and execution.
- A minimum of one year experience with event preparation and execution in a food service setting.
- A minimum of one year customer service experience.
- A minimum of two years experience supervising, managing, or training in a kitchen setting.
