Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience applying knowledge of the theory, concepts, and practices of accounting and the skill in applying this expert knowledge to broad assignments.
• Experience interpreting and issuing authoritative directives and developing new, innovative accounting techniques and procedural approaches.
• Experience applying knowledge of financial management and audit theory, concepts, principles, and practices.
• Experience analyzing and solving complex problems and developing proposals for resolution.
