You will serve as a RESOURCE SPECIALIST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.Requirements:
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using purchasing regulations/methods/procedures to make purchases involving specialized and/or commercial requirements; 2) Using market sources to purchase a wide range of specialized items/services; 3) Ensuring documentation for contract and/or procurement comply with regulations; 4) Preparing/presenting budget reports associated with reoccurring obligations to managers.
