Description Prepping, scanning, indexing, retrieval of documents, reconciliation of accounts, answering phones, and other duties related to health information management. The technician performs clerical/technical duties associated with medical records processes and procedures. This includes the retrieval, preparation, scanning, quality review and indexing of paper documents. Skills & Qualifications Must have one of the following: bachelor's degree OR 1-2 years of experience in medical records
