REQUIRED SKILLS - Proven experience in IT service management using ITIL framework. - Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools. - Strong technical background with a deep understanding of compute environments. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. - Certifications in ITIL and/or ServiceNow. - Experience in a 24x7 service delivery environment. - Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
