Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.) Resolving complex personal financial readiness problems for single or multi person households, 2.) Developing long range plans to assist clients with the elimination of debt, 3.) Determining if personal financial client problems fall within guidelines for emergency assistance by government or private organizations, 4). Overseeing general personnel management policy matters and other personnel actions.You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
