For the NT-03 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (GS-5 through GS-8 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical techniques to provide guidance, identify and resolve problems impacting personnel management operations.For the NT-02 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.x
