You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Digital Transformation Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.Requirements:
I have one year of Supply Systems Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating all of the following specialized experience: 1) Demonstrating a mastery knowledge of Department of Navy and NAVSUP Strategic Plan, goals, and objectives with a detailed understanding of the missions and operations of Navy shore and afloat activities, the Naval logistics mission, and supply change management procedures; 2) Utilizing an expert knowledge of all aspects of the Naval Supply Chain and the supporting Navy ERP including understanding of supply planning, procurement processes, and operational logistics; 3) Effectively using all forms of verbal and written communication to clearly convey complex or abstract proposals and recommendations; 4) Demonstrating expert knowledge of Navy and DoD supply and logistics management interactions, including operations, policies, and effectiveness of end-to-end supply chain business processes.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
