Requirements:

GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience or knowledge with electronic submarine or similar systems, operating principles, component functions and testing requirements.
  • Experience resolving emergent problems that may delay project completion.
  • Experience planning and executing assignments and projects to meet overall objectives.
  • Experience to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
