This National Guard position is for a TITLE 32 SECURITY SPECIALIST (TRAINING SPECIALIST) (MI 110th SFS), Position Description Number NGD2161000 and is part of the MI 110 Airlift Wing, Michigan Air National Guard.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE :
Specialized Experience time requirements of 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Knowledge of commonly used methods, procedures, regulations, and other guides that relate to training programs within the United States AF, ANG, and SF career field. Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of program related issues and problems. Knowledge and understanding of AF, National Guard, and gaining command organizational structure, missions, and responsibilities.
