In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as project manager for multi-disciplinary teams consisting of contract specialists, engineers, technicians and Public Works Department maintenance staff to provide project management oversight; 2) Define and design proposed solutions to mechanical engineering related problems; 3) Applies results of fundamental engineering analysis in developing business case analysis of industrial control system alternatives and ICS system support processes and systems. 4) Performs planning, programming and funding processes for projects to assure project evaluation is consistent with command policy; and 5) Directing the planning and coordination and execution of highly complex ICS master plans, evaluations and operation of ICS systems and plants, and implementation of Smart Grid Projects.
