Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Knowledge of basic principles and practices of budget formulations in order to prepare written funding justifications, consolidate budget requests, request additional funds, and monitor expenditures against obligations for specified programs.
Skill in balancing funds between accounts; i.e., transferring funds between line items or sub-projects or identifying excess funds for possible transfer to other operating programs.

Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
1) Working experience with Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) programs and activities.
2) Working experience processing financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.).
3) Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
