Description This consultant will be handling Tier 1 support for our customer's Salesforce system. Salesforce Tier 1 support to include: Bug troubleshooting, User setup, Address updates, Picklist value updates. The required technical skills/experience that this consultant needs to have experience with walking in the door are: 2-3 years salesforce admin experience, Flow experience, and Setup and configuration experience.
