Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Supervising or leading a diverse team of professional and technical personnel providing facilities management work and services and support the Commands Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program; 2) Work experience with facilities maintenance, examples of facilities maintenance includes but are not limited to: elevators, backflow prevention, various skilled trades such as HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and/or fire protection. Examples of tasks include but are not limited to: work planning, training requirements, records management, obtaining required tools, identifying staffing requirements, and overseeing execution; 3) Overseeing inventory for maintenance programs and utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), databases, and spreadsheets to track work; 4) Coordinating and partnering with customers to identify and prioritize facility requirements and obtain required funding; and 5) Coordinating and plan spec reviews by team for new construction and/or renovation/repair projects in support of programs.
