About the Position: This position is with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, Mississippi River Navigation Project Office located in Fountain City, Wisconsin. The position provides administrative and clerical support in the areas of financial management, travel, VISA account records, and personnel actions subject to different sets of rules and regulations.Requirements:

Experience required : One year of specialized experience which includes meeting TWO OF THE FOUR FOLLOWING: 1) Operate a financial management system for tracking time and attendance; 2) assist with travel orders; 3) prepare and edit complex documents and/or reports; and 4) utilize automated software, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Power Point to prepare correspondence. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Proficiency Required : This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
