This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.About the Position: Serves as advisor to management concerning the analysis of major administrative-technical and program aspects of substantive mission-oriented programs.
This is a pay banded position. The NH-03 encompasses grades 12 and 13 on the General Schedule.

Specialized Experience: One year of experience which includes: 1) Providing complex program management support services in the areas of cost analysis and monitoring, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, program evaluation, and development of acquisition and cost reports; 2) Performing cost analysis and/or evaluation of complex interrelated programmatic and requirement issues regarding the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives; and 3) Performing complete cost and/or economic analyses of limited scope or portions of larger projects.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service.
