To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1. developing workforce planning reporting processes to produce outputs that align with organizational requirements and objectives; 2. documenting and reporting workforce capabilities to depict the availability of cyber forces; 3. collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address known and anticipated workforce issues; 4. performing personnel management duties such as allocating work assignments, evaluating work performance, or managing leave schedules.
