Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will have provide operational support as needed to fulfill mission requirements, reviewing and evaluating progress of multiple projects to ensure proper order of priority and phasing. Being a fast learner with strong analytical skills and having proficiency in written and oral communications is desired

Requirements:

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of insider threat policies, plans and strategies to address the risks associated with insider threats and ,
  • Providing program analysis relating to insider strategic and operational practices to improve customer experience and strategic communications and,
  • Analyzing information to produce reports with recommendations and,
  • Monitoring shared mailbox account, coordinate notifications to branch chief or other stakeholders as necessary.

OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.M., if related
OR
Combination of experience and education as listed above.
