This vacancy is for a GS - 0343 - 14, TRANSFORMATION TEAM LEAD/PROJECT MANAGER located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, TMX PROGRAM INTEGRATION OFFICE.This is a term appointment not to exceed 12/31/2027. However, an extension is possible up to 4 years.
Requirements:
To qualify at the GS- 14 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

Specialized experience must include the following:
- Reviewing organizational structure to assess if the organization is structured to effectively achieve stated goals.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of short and long-range planning and various programs designed to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Assessing alternative approaches to resolving issues and applying mastery knowledge of a wide range of analytical methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs.
- Planning and carrying out projects to provide comprehensive management-related services on a variety of complex interrelated issues.
NOTE: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
