Description:

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Acquisition Directorate (CG-9), Program Executive Office (CG-93), Project Resident Office (CG-9322) located in Mobile, Alabama .

Requirements:

Basic Requirements: To qualify for the GS-13, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

Specialized experience should include one or more of the following:

  • Interpreting contract requirements; covering policies and procedures of QA and Test Programs;
  • C4I, TEMPEST, and Navigation system installation, testing and system integration
  • Conducting quality assurance ad quality control practices and leading process improvement activities;
  • Writing and preparing reports, developing presentations, and collecting data/information on quality issues for management on high level problem solving.
  • Practical knowledge of investigative techniques and skill to develop, analyze and evaluate reports relative to the quality of the QA and Test Programs.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

NOTE: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
