This is a Detail, not a Developmental Rotation. You will be expected to perform as an incumbent in this position.
Supervisory approval form must be signed.

Requirements:

Qualifications required:
  1. Working knowledge of Continuity of Operations (COOP) & Continuity of Government (COG) programs.
  2. Working knowledge of continuity, critical infrastructure, emergency preparedness based project management, operational planning, staff coordination, testing, training and exercise emergency management work.
  3. Working knowledge of MSOFFICE applications.
  4. Ability to research, analyze, and present results of analysis to Senior Leadership in both unclassified and classified venues.
  5. Working knowledge of COOP Exercises and Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
  6. Ability to complete range of project management and mid-level staff officer assignments.
  7. Ability to work closely with and routinely communicate with other continuity managers and staff within Resilience, OSA and other DHS Components, Offices, and/or Joint Collaboration elements.
