Responsible for resolving the issue in time within SLA. Testing and transporting changes to production environment Understanding of SLA's , incident management process and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow Very good communication skills (English) written and Verbal Work on call after office hours and during weekends on rotation basis ABAP
