Description The Work Bench, similar to a Genius Bar, supports all internal users at the headquarted location and other locations near by. It allows employees to resolve technical issues through various methods: they can either schedule an appointment or simply walk up. Currently, there is one Work Bench technician who handles 10 to 20 tickets daily.
