Description This individual will be providing Technical Support for 6,200 End Users on site and at 110 locations across the nation. This will include phone support as well. They will provide phone support and in person support. This Company uses Manage Engine for Ticketing - any Ticket System experience (ServiceNow, etc.) will work.
