TEKsystems is looking for a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst, you will learn and support a variety of general IT issues and applications, including Salesforce, Office 365, and SharePoint. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, check on open tickets, and manage emails. On average, you can expect to take between 17-35 calls a day. Job Duties: Handle and analyze incoming requests related to PC hardware, software, and telephone issues.
