Organizational Location: This position is located within the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Human Capital, in Washington, District of Columbia .

The incumbent must be a customer service professional who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Things happen quickly and continuously in this position, and the incumbent will find the need to move from one task to another without much time in between or juggling multiple duties at the same time.

You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:

  • Implementing organizational policies and programs;
  • Ensuring policy procedures and practices comply with established regulations;
  • Preparing reports and presentations on program planning and evaluation;
  • Recommending improvements to program policies and practices.
