This Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) position is located in the Headquarters Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate, Intelligence Division.As a Supervisory Intelligence Research Specialist , you will lead the research, analysis, and evaluation of all-source intelligence; manage the production of analytical and information reports, analyses, and assessments.
Requirements:
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/24/2025.Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/24/2025. GS-15 : You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
- Developing strategic approaches, innovations and specific procedures to effectively leverage the intelligence personnel and assets;
- Engaging staff in researching and analyzing all-source information to effectively deter and detect national security concerns and public safety threats;
- Evaluating and responding to threats and national security incidents based on the intelligence activities of foreign powers; and
- Engaging in positive collaboration and liaison work from major intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, or OSINT).
