The Maintenance Woker Supervisor (Trails), WS-4749-07 position is located in the Division Maintenance, Roads, and Trails Section, at the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Facility types include front and hiking trails, multiuse bike trails, equestrian and handicap accessible trails, drainage, structures, bridges, signage, equine operations, etc. The trail inventory parkwide consists of over 100 miles of existing public and administrative use trail ways.Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:- Ability to Lead Supervise (SCREEN OUT)
- Knowledge of materials
- Knowledge of different relevant lines of work
- Ability to meet deadline dates under pressure
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Ability to supervise through subordinate supervisors
