IT Support Technician - Level 1 Onsite Must have excellent customer service skills and presentation. No one who has been unemployed over a month. Overview Provide direct service desk support to internal employees and at times, external clients via phone, email, chat or in person. The technician will also assist with the configuration, management and day-to-day troubleshooting within our office.
